THE OFFSEASON

TO BE UPDATED... NEED TO SEE THE OFFSEASON BEFORE I CAN WRITE A BLURB ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT

MLBA PROGRESSION/REGRESSION SYSTEM

2K does include their own progression system for the league right before the start of each new season. However, we feel as if it is insufficient and doesn’t give each owner enough autonomy in running their team. We have created our own progression system that allows owners to send up to four (4) players to our “Offseason Camps”. All owners are required to submit your camps and attendees through the Forum. If anyone has played Offseason MyLeague or played 2K Online Association in the past, you’ll have an idea on what this is. However, we have our own spin on it.

CAMP ELIGIBILITY:

  • 3 players, aged 18-25, will receive FULL upgrades on any of the camps below.

  • 1 player, aged 26-32, will receive HALF of the upgrades to a camp below OR 1 player, aged 33+, can be sent to the “Prevent Regression” camp.

Badge System:

Introducing what you have all been waiting for... our badge system for 2k18! 2k has neglected updating badges in 2k18, so once again we have to make up for these issues. We will have two ways to earn new badges: Through camps and Through activity.

Camp Badges:

Associated with each camp, you have choices as to which badges to upgrade/add for those players. Here are the Restrictions, Note, you may only chose ONE bullet point per player and ANY upgrade must be applied to badges that fall within the category of progression camp chosen ABOVE. Also note, no badge upgrades at all if using regression prevention or the 1/2 upgrade to 26-33 year olds:

  • Players sent to camp can earn 3 new Bronze Badges

  • Players sent to camp can earn 2 Bronze Badges and upgrade 1 Bronze Badge to a Silver Badge

  • Players sent to camp can earn 1 Bronze Badge and upgrade 1 Silver Badge to a Gold Badge
